Studio ServicesRecording There are several recording options available. Every project is priced at a flat rate. Once the scope of the project is determined, a price will be quoted for that work and will not change unless the client requests other work beyond the original scope. Typical projects can be: Adding a vocal or instrument track to a song in the existing library or to your own supplied tracks. Creating a drum part or bass part for your original song, adding brass parts to your tracks (Joe is an accomplished trombonist), adding background vocals to an existing track, or just about any recording need you may have. New MIDI files can also be created if requested for a project. There are many sound sources available. For an example of the quality of the tracks, below are recordings created entirely in the studio utilizing virtual piano, bass, and drums, synthesizers, virtual and live brass. A "virtual" instrument is a sound source that is a computer generated voice within a studio worstation that is controlled via MIDI. The term MIDI refers to "Musical Instrument Digital Interface" which is a computer language first developed in the mid 80's that enables electronic musical instruments to communicate with each other.
